When I broke my tooth on a fork eating dinner at my apartment, I couldn’t think of how much I was going to be in debt. I’m already struggling enough to keep up with my bills and the rent here in Santa Clara, and since I don’t have dental insurance, I knew that the bill from a dentist would be more than I could handle. I tried going to banks in town and in San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Cupertino but everyplace I went to said that they don’t have money to loan since the economy in California is still bad. After doing some searches online for personal loans, I found a car title loans company that had money to loan, recession or not. They approved me right on their website, and then all I had to do was go to their affiliate location in San Jose to get my cash about an hour after I was approved. And I didn’t have to give up my car either to get approved, just my title to my car. It definitely was enough for the dentist’s bill to fix my tooth, and I’ll just be more careful around that dangerous silverware of mine!
