I got a sweet job working as a content writer for my buddy’s Internet company, and the best part of all is I can work from my condo in Healdsburg or anywhere else I please. I’m gonna scratch this coffee shop I went to in Windsor off my list of places to work after someone stole my laptop from there. It was horrible because I couldn’t afford to just run out and buy a new one because money’s a little tight thanks to the economy in California. So I tried going to a few banks and credit unions in town and in Santa Rosa and Geyserville, but they couldn’t give me a loan because of my bad credit. So after I couldn’t get help from those places, I settled on applying for a car title loan. It turned out to be the best decision because I didn’t have to give up my car to get it. It was just like getting free money through a loan, and I’ve got a few months to pay it off. The money helped me buy a new laptop, and I’ll be keeping my work at home from now on.
